He Weifang
Male, born in July 1960 in Muping County, Shandong Province, professor and doctoral supervisor of Law School of Peking University. He graduated from Southwest University of political science and Law (LLB) in 1982 and China University of political science and Law (LLM) in 1985. Since 1985, he has taught in China University of political science and law and presided over the quarterly work of comparative law research. In 1995, he was transferred to the Department of law, Peking University. He was appointed as an associate professor in 1992 and a professor in 1999. He was a visiting scholar at the University of Michigan from June to July 1993 and Harvard Law School from June 1996 to January 1997. He served as director of the judicial research center of Peking University, vice president of the National Society for the history of foreign legal system, vice president of the Comparative Law Research Society of China law society, etc.
brief introduction
He Weifang's online name is "old crane guarding the gate". My family is in Mouping, Shandong Province. When I left home at the age of 18, I went to Bayu to study law. Four years later, he went to Beijing to study the history of foreign legal system as a graduate student. After graduation, he stayed in China University of political science and law as a non lecture teacher. After living in No. 41 Xueyuan Road for ten years, he moved to Peking University and became a teacher of Chinese foreign law bimonthly.
