Yang Hui
Yang Hui was born in 1963 in Qingdao, Shandong Province. He joined the Chinese people's Liberation Army in 1981. He once served as chief of staff of Nanjing Military Region, deputy commander and chief of staff of the eastern theater of the Chinese people's Liberation Army, with the rank of lieutenant general.
On September 6, 2017, he was elected as a deputy to the 19th CPC National Congress at the PLA Party Congress.
