Xia Liyan
Shi said that he thought it was a political issue. Because of the "one China principle" and the agreement signed by the mainland and Kenya, the Taiwanese could not be sent back to Taiwan. They were worried about future cases.

He said that this incident represented the "1992 consensus" being swept into the grave of history. He asked Xia Liyan what action he would take? If the Taiwanese fail to bring them back, is there any way to sanction the mainland?
Xia Liyan
In response, if we really want to talk about the way of sanctions and fear that others think that he is joking, he can prohibit mainland tourists from coming to Taiwan, "but is this good for us?" You can also stop all interaction, "but is that what we need?"

This reply suddenly stopped, asked Xia Liyan: "you must go to the last step, everyone tear face?" He also asked why the so-called sanctions only mean that tourists from the mainland do not come, not our tourists do not go?
Xia Liyan
In response, that's why he has to work hard. The first step is to talk with the mainland about how to deal with crimes committed in a third place under the joint anti crime agreement. The reason why the Taiwanese involved in the case in Kenya were sent to the mainland is due to many special factors, including the possibility of criminal acts.
