Bai Ming (1926.10-2002.2), also known as Jingtang, was born in Baotou, Inner Mongolia. Good at Chinese painting, arts and crafts works. He has successively served as a middle school teacher, director of Baotou special arts and crafts factory, deputy manager of Arts and crafts company, teacher of Fine Arts Department of Baotou Teachers College, and senior arts and crafts designer. He is a member of China Artists Association, vice chairman of Inner Mongolia Branch of China Artists Association, honorary chairman of Baotou Art Association, director of China Arts and Crafts Association, director of Baotou arts and Crafts Association, President of Baotou spruce painting and Calligraphy Academy, researcher of Inner Mongolia Museum of culture and history, member of the Standing Committee of Baotou people's Congress and director of Inner Mongolia Ceramic Society. The representative works include Swan screen, Great Xing'an Mountains, heaven and earth are spring, among which Swan screen and Great Xing'an Mountains are respectively honored as the Great Hall of the people's painting giant woolen painting and mural. The person of the same name is Bai Ming, an economist.

Bai Ming (1926.10-2002.2), also known as Jingtang, was born in Baotou, Inner Mongolia. Good at Chinese painting, arts and crafts works. He graduated from the Department of traditional Chinese painting of Jinghua Academy of Fine Arts in 1949 and has been engaged in art teaching and creation. He has successively served as a middle school teacher, director of Baotou special arts and crafts factory, deputy manager of Arts and crafts company, teacher of Fine Arts Department of Baotou Teachers College, and senior arts and crafts designer. He is a member of China Artists Association, vice chairman of Inner Mongolia Branch of China Artists Association, honorary chairman of Baotou Art Association, director of China Arts and Crafts Association, director of Baotou arts and Crafts Association, President of Baotou spruce painting and Calligraphy Academy, researcher of Inner Mongolia Museum of culture and history, member of the Standing Committee of Baotou people's Congress and director of Inner Mongolia Ceramic Society. Good at meticulous flower and bird painting. In 1996, he taught Chinese painting for the arts and crafts major of Baotou Light Industry Secondary Vocational School (now known as Baotou mechanical industry school). His works have won the reputation of "Swan screen" and "Great Xing'an Mountains" for the Great Hall of the people; the draft of "spring in heaven and earth" was given to the people's Republic of Mongolia as an international gift by Vice Premier Ulanf in 1965; white plum, peony and other works have been on tour in Britain, Ghana, Albania, Cuba, Zambia and other countries; and the arts and crafts "Peony" has won the reputation of "the Great Hall of the people" Medicine, peony, etc. have participated in World Expositions; in 1993, the design of "heaven and earth are spring" was adopted by the commemorative gold and silver coins issued by China Mint in Singapore; the traditional Chinese painting "Xiaoxiang moon shadow" was exhibited in Mongolia, the former Soviet Union and other countries in 1992; a swan painting was drawn for the Central Museum of culture and history; and pictures "Baoxiao", "Mozhu" were donated for the Asian Games . In 1992, he received special government allowance. Among them, "Peony" was selected into the first national youth art exhibition and won the second prize of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region; "Moonlight in Lutang" was collected in China Art Museum; tooth carving "dragon boat" co designed and produced by others won the second prize of excellent creative design of China Arts and crafts hundred Flowers Award in 1985. in 1988, he held a personal painting exhibition in the palace of national culture, and six works such as white swan were collected by the palace. Arts and crafts works have been exhibited in the "World Expo". Many of them have participated in national arts and crafts exhibitions and won awards. Their personal achievements have been recorded in the history of Chinese arts and crafts. Published "Bai Mingguo painting collection", "Bai Ming Baimei atlas". He was employed as a researcher by the Institute of literature and history in 1988.
