Chen Bingquan, male, was born in March 1949 in Fuzhou, Fujian Province. He is a member of the Communist Party of China. Graduated from Fuzhou No.14 Middle School in 1967. At present, he is the deputy director of the electricity management department of Pucheng electric power company in Fujian Province.

Personal profile

He has been engaged in electric energy measurement for more than 20 years. Accumulated some practical experience, dealt with many difficult problems of electric energy measurement, published a number of academic papers, and made due contributions to power grid loss reduction and energy saving. The device that affects the accuracy of electric energy measurement is reformed, and the academic paper "the secondary current circuit of electric energy measurement device cannot use the shell of PJ cabinet" is published.
