Lu Jian

Lu Jian (1932.04 ~ 2012.08.22), male, formerly known as Wang Yibin, was born in Wuxing County, Zhejiang Province (now Huzhou). He is a member of the Communist Party of China, former vice minister and member of the Party group of the Ministry of justice of the people's Republic of China, former Secretary of Comrade Zhang Dingcheng, former vice president of China law society, former member of the Environmental Protection Commission of the State Council, former Secretary of the Party group of all China Lawyers Association, retired cadre.

Personal resume

In 1948, he joined the New Democratic Youth League. In April 1949, he joined the Communist Party of China. In June 1949, he took part in the South service group of the East China army. From October 1949 to June 1950, he served as a youth secretary, League secretary and member of the Party branch in the fourth class of the third Department of Fujian people's revolutionary University. since June 1950, he has been a recorder and reference room director of the Secretariat of the Fujian provincial Party committee of the Communist Party of China. In June 1951, he served as secretary of Comrade Zhang Dingcheng. He was persecuted during the "Cultural Revolution" and was transferred to the "May 7th cadre school" of Shayang higher Procuratorate in Hubei Province. After returning to work, he served as secretary of Comrade Zhang Dingcheng in June 1973. After November 1982, he served as deputy director of the general office of the Ministry of justice, director and member of the Party group of the Ministry. from April 1985 to November 1992, he was Vice Minister of justice and member of the party leading group. He also served as vice president of China law society, member of Environmental Protection Commission of the State Council and Secretary of the Party group of all China Lawyers Association. in August 1995, retired.

He died of illness

On August 22, 2012, comrade Lu Jian died in Beijing at the age of 80. During Comrade Lu Jian's serious illness and after his death, the relevant leading comrades of the Central Committee expressed their sympathy and mourning in different ways. according to Comrade Lu Jian's will, the funeral should be simplified, no farewell ceremony or wreath should be held, and the body should be handed over to the hospital for medical research.
