Liang Zhipeng

Liang Zhipeng, male, Han nationality, born in October 1960 in Leiyang City, Hunan Province, holds a doctor's degree, a doctor's degree, and the title of chief physician. He started work in March 1977 and joined the rural workers' Democratic Party in February 1994.

Currently, he is the vice mayor of Leiyang Municipal People's government and the chairman of Zhanjiang Municipal Committee of the agricultural and industrial Democratic Party (Part-time).

After August 1980, he studied in the medical department of Shanxi Changzhi Medical College;

After August 1984, he was a surgeon in Shanxi Qinxian people's hospital;

After August 1989, he was a graduate student in Department of hepatobiliary surgery, Tongji Hospital, Tongji Medical University, Wuhan;

After August 1992, he was the chief physician of General Surgery Department of Zhanjiang Central People's hospital;

After July 1993, he was the chief physician of Department of hepatobiliary surgery, Zhanjiang Central People's hospital;

After June 1995, he was deputy director of hepatobiliary surgery of Zhanjiang Central People's hospital

(during this period: he was elected as vice chairman of Zhanjiang Municipal Committee of the agricultural and industrial Democratic Party in March 1997, studied in Shanghai Oriental Hepatobiliary Surgery Hospital of the Second Military Medical University from October 1997 to April 1998, and served as deputy chief surgeon of surgery in November 1998);

He is a deputy to the Ninth National People's Congress of Guangdong Province, a member of the ninth Guangdong Provincial Committee of the CPPCC, a member of the Standing Committee of the ninth Zhanjiang Municipal Committee of the CPPCC, and a deputy to the 11th, 12th and 13th Zhanjiang Municipal People's Congress.
