Huang Shuqin, born in Shanghai on September 9, 1939, originally from Panyu, Guangdong Province, graduated from the director department of Beijing Film Academy in 1964. Early experience

Personal life
Huang Haiqin, the younger sister of director Huang Shuqin, was a literary director of Shanghai TV station. Her husband, Zheng Changfu, is an artist. His son Zheng Dasheng was born in Shanghai in 1968.
