Chen Minggao, born in October 1967 in Changde, Hunan Province, is currently the deputy head of Zhongfang County People's government.

From September 1988 to July 1992, he majored in forestry of Zhongnan Forestry University; from July 1992 to December 1998, he was engaged in scientific research and work in the Institute of forestry economy and information of Hunan Academy of Forestry Sciences (during which he participated in the construction and poverty alleviation work in Guzhang County from November 1997 to December 1998, and was promoted to the professional title of assistant researcher in August 1997); from January 1999 to March 2004, he was the Deputy Research Institute of forestry economy and information of Hunan Academy of Forestry Sciences Director, director, deputy chief editor of Hunan forestry science and Technology (promoted to associate researcher professional title in August 2002); office director and assistant director of Hunan Academy of Forestry Sciences from March 2004 to December 2008, promoted to researcher professional title in September 2008; vice president of Hunan Academy of Forestry Sciences and Deputy Secretary General of Hunan forestry society from January 2009 to December 2012 (concurrently served as Hunan Forestry Research Institute from November 2009 to September 2011) Lin Zhishen, general manager of Biotechnology Co., Ltd.; 2013.01 - deputy head of Zhongfang County People's Government (temporary post).
