Character evaluation
Chen Dieyi's works have real Humanistic Vitality. In contrast, our generation of pop song creators are really lacking in humanistic spirit. Over the past few decades, our works are more for something than pure. His "fenghuangyufei", "Nanping evening bell", "lover's tears" until now, there are still people who can cover, it is very telling. This shows that their stuff is really Chinese pop songs. I can't guarantee that my songs will be sung decades later. (comments by Chen Zhe)
When Chen Dieyi was young, he was active in the singing, literary and media circles in Shanghai, and created a large number of lyrics and scripts. Many songs composed by him were often covered by new and old singers. (Netease Entertainment review)
Chen Dieyi's writing is very beautiful, especially his lyrics for songs, which are full of literary flavor. Not vulgar but elegant. (comments by Chen Xieyang)
Chen Dieyi has led an era of singing. With the changes of environment and human life, his creation can still be spread to the present. As a singer, he will continue to sing master's works and continue to inherit his exquisite works. (comments by Fei Yuqing)
