Artistic achievements

During the period of Swan Yue art club, she and her partner, Huadan xiaoyueying, starred in such dramas as Peacock Flying Southeast (as Jiao Zhongqing), Chu palace resentment (as Qu Yuan), butterfly cup (as Tian Yuchuan), hairpin Phoenix (as Lu You), etc. Later, in the winter of 1954, Da Jin Zhi, starring LV Ruiying, Zhang Guifeng and Jin Yanfang, won the second prize of East China Opera performance. In the late 1950's, he starred with Wang Wenjuan, LV Ruiying, Jin Caifeng and other partners in such plays as "empty printing box", "Peach Blossom Fan", "story of cailou" and "three visits to Yumei". In the early 1960s, he co starred with Hong Kong film star Xia Meng in the production of Yue opera art films "three watching Yu Mei Liu Jinding", "Jinzhiyuye" and "beacon fire marriage", which caused a sensation in Hong Kong. She played the role of Huangfu Shaohua a in Meng Lijun, which was highly praised by her peers and fans in the industry. In the summer of 1982, she took part in the shooting of the play by Shanghai TV station, and achieved great success.

In 1942, he came to Shanghai to join yindieyue Opera Troupe, where he studied with Wei Yinfeng and worked as a teacher.

From August 1943 to March 1946, he performed in East Zhejiang.

In January 1947, she was transferred to Dongshan Yue art club. She was a private Shufan (Ruijuan) school. She studied hard and practiced hard. Her acting was growing day by day. She was promoted from three shouldered junior to two shouldered junior.

In the summer of 1951, he starred in "Liang Shanbo and Zhu Yingtai" with LV Ruiying and Jin Caifeng, and they were known as the "top three of Dongshan".

In August 1951, he joined the East China Yueju experimental troupe with Dongshan.

At the beginning of 1952, he quit "East China" and joined Swan Yue art club as the number one student.

At the beginning of 1954, he returned to the East China Experimental troupe of Yue opera.

He joined the Communist Party of China in April 1959.

In March 1980, he cooperated with Wang Wenjuan, Cao Yindi (Huangfu Shaohua b), Jin Meifang, Qian Miaohua, Xu Tianhong, Zhou Baokui and other old artists and starred in the Shaoxing opera Meng Lijun adapted from Ding Xilin's drama.

In the winter of 1980, he went to Hong Kong with Shanghai Yue opera theater to perform in the study party with Wang Wenjuan, which was once again appreciated by overseas audiences.

In April 1983, fan Ruijuan, who was ill suddenly, took the place of Guo Han in "beating the Golden branch", which made the performance a complete success and was once again warmly sought after by the fans.

He died in Shanghai on the morning of January 1, 1984 at the age of 57.
