Li Congxian, pen name Mu Zi, male, Han nationality, born in Longyan City, Fujian Province, was born in November 1956. He joined the Communist Party of China in February 1982. He has a bachelor's degree and a bachelor's degree. He is a senior engineer in metallurgy.

In January 1982, he graduated from the Department of physical chemistry, Beijing Institute of iron and steel with a bachelor's degree in rare metal smelting;
From February 1982 to September 1994, he worked in Zhejiang Hengshan ferroalloy plant, successively as assistant engineer, engineer, deputy director of infrastructure design department, director of Technology Development Department, etc;
From September 1994 to July 1998, he worked in Longyan metallurgical industry company as a senior engineer;
From July 1998 to March 2002, he was deputy director of Longyan Economic Committee;
From March 2002 to December 2011, he served as deputy director of Longyan economic and Trade Commission, consultant of Finance and Economic Commission of Longyan people's Congress, deputy director of Economic Committee of Longyan CPPCC, and special researcher of Minxi Regional Economic Research Association;
He has been the director of the urban construction and Environmental Protection Committee of the Standing Committee of Longyan Municipal People's Congress since December 2011.
Main academic achievements
1. From 1984 to 1985, he participated in the experimental research work of "smelting high carbon ferrochrome by pre reduction pellet of powdery chromite", a key scientific and technological project of the sixth five year plan of the State Science and Technology Commission. The project won the third prize of scientific and technological achievements of the Ministry of metallurgy, and I was named "excellent metallurgical scientific and technological worker of Zhejiang Province".
2. In 1988, he undertook the research and process design of the project of "comprehensive utilization of high carbon ferrochrome slag" in Hengshan ferroalloy plant, Zhejiang Province, which has solved the problem of waste slag treatment that has long plagued China's ferroalloy industry. The achievements of this project have been selected into "China's technological achievements collection (Industrial album No.2)" and "world excellent patent technology selection (China volume)". As the first finisher, I have won the third prize of Zhejiang Provincial Science and technology progress award, the second prize of Zhejiang metallurgical system science and technology Progress Award, and the first prize of Hangzhou building materials metallurgy science and technology progress award.
3. Since 1985, he has published more than ten metallurgical academic papers in academic journals or conferences at or above the provincial level, undertaken or presided over the design of a number of ferroalloy engineering projects; since 1996, he has published more than ten economic papers and research articles in many journals in Longyan City, and has won many awards.
