It wasn't until 2003 that the Chinese style sketch "Ta Bai Suan Shu", which was launched by Zhou Jintang, Liu Fu, Li Bing and Li Tie, changed this phenomenon. The box office was particularly hot, with 120 performances in a row and a profit of more than 2 million yuan.

"Dabai Suan Shu" has injected new vitality into Wuhan drama theater, but it also brings great pressure: because the starting point of "Dabai Suan Shu" is too high, it requires that "you and I" at least have the same level as "Dabai Suan Shu".

"You and I" was first called "big man and little husband". The character design and plot of "you and I" are completely separated from "Ta Bai Suan Shu". When the drama had been in its infancy for nearly four months, Zhou Jintang invited some audience to watch it, and the response was very bad. Zhou Jintang decided to overthrow the original script and make a new start.

The newly choreographed skit is named "you frighten me", which is the most common saying of the people of Wuhan. It sounds friendly to the public. "You and I" continues the humor of "Ta Bai Suan Shu" in style, and the characters also come down in one continuous line, little Shanghai, Dayu and Zhou biaoping. These familiar characters return to Jindeli: after the demolition and reconstruction of Jindeli community, the residents are happy to move to new houses. A community selection activity of "good man of golden Delhi" attracted new and old owners to stage one after another, presenting exciting, fresh and interesting stories. Just like "Ta Bai Suan Shu", you and I show the living conditions of ordinary men in modern society with humorous and exaggerated performance techniques.
