Zhou Hong, male, Han nationality, born in August 1958 in Yanzhou, Shandong Province, has a postgraduate education. He began to work in June 1980 and joined the Communist Party of China in March 1981.

He is now vice chairman of the financial and Economic Committee of the 12th Shandong Provincial People's Congress.
