Huang Zhiming is a native of Changsha. His father is a road maintenance worker. He would like to read for a few more years, but the family burden is too heavy. In the end, he had to work and study at the University for three years. Three years later, Huang Zhiming went to work in a state-owned printing factory. After taking part in the work, he has a strong sense of crisis. He privately estimated that if he did not have the professional ability to wait for work in the factory, even if he became the factory director, he would be eliminated one day, so he worked very hard. After entering the factory, Huang Zhiming used his spare time to run business and get around. Business was gradually booming, but he was always pushed out by his colleagues. He was determined to start his own business. after several failures, Huang Zhiming borrowed 6000 yuan from the credit union, bought feed in other prefecture level cities and brought it back to Changsha for sale. This business enabled him to seize the opportunity to make money. Huang Zhiming found in some workshops that the crude bran oil left after crude oil processing was often simply consumed and discarded by farmers. With experience, he believes that there is a lot of profit margin, but no one is willing to do further processing and sales. He decided that this was an opportunity given to him by God, and he must seize it. after negotiating with Changsha oil chemical factory, Huang Zhiming set up fujiawan grain and oil trading station to refine and process crude oil and then sell it back to other units, such as grain stations, rice factories, canteens and offices. Although his career was unexpectedly blocked a year later, his ideas and running were not in vain. He not only made the first pot of money of more than 100000 yuan, but also built a three storey beautiful building in 1984, becoming the first private three storey house near Mawangdui in Changsha, causing a great sensation in the local area. He also saw the changes in the country when he succeeded in running a grain and oil trading station. Huang Zhiming noticed: the cloth tickets, oil tickets and food tickets in the hands of the people are gradually being cancelled, and the signs of a market economy have begun to highlight. Changsha has changed a lot. Many suburbs have become urban areas. Students and friends who live there have moved into high-rise buildings from farmhouses. "Land will appreciate, and it will double!" Huang Zhiming decided to open a company. He quickly transformed the original garden "mansion" with orange trees planted and rockery built into a factory building of more than 200 square meters for rent. However, a good deal failed because of incomplete information. Since then, he has been deeply aware of the importance of market information. However, he had no choice but to "resell" his business again. He bought boards from other places and sold them to various furniture stores in Changsha. He also built the first Fraxinus mandshurica decorative board factory (Zhifa Fraxinus mandshurica factory) in Hunan by using the built warehouse. At the same time, he also opened a front shop and back factory and undertook engineering and other businesses. In 1993, Huang Zhiming finally set up his own Zhifa company. During this period, Huang Zhiming began to take the step of "land acquisition". Soon, he got the land of 4 mu 1 Fen. In Huang Zhiming's view, in the face of the fact that bank interest rates continue to fall while land keeps at least 15% value-added rate every year, investment in real estate is undoubtedly the most potential. In 1995, Huang Zhiming decisively built the company building. Before and after this, after several years of development, Changsha has expanded into a "circle" type. Such a market makes consumers very disgusted, but unable to change. Huang Zhiming is determined to make a breakthrough here: through large-scale market and strict and excellent management, the merchants will be centralized, and the consumers will be given clear discount and deduction, so as to make the market transparent and ensure after-sales service. such an idea and practice will naturally win the trust of businesses, because both sides can benefit each other. He believes that the government's expectations must be to improve the quality of the city, standardize market management, save land, and standardize taxation. At the same time, in order to ensure the effect, he personally took charge of the design, land planning, building and other construction work. Huang Zhiming sold more than 100 mu of land in a few years. Located in the southeast corner and northwest corner of the intersection of the North-South main road and the East-West main road in Changsha, it is a desolate place in the suburbs. In just two years, Wanjiali home building materials square, a national super large market with an area of 19310 square meters and a total business area of 57000 square meters, has been built here. Since the market opened in May 2002, ceramics, wood, sanitary ware and other products have always maintained the leading position in the country. In 2003, Huang Zhiming completed the construction of the second phase of the square and put it into operation. The whole square has become the first building materials circulation enterprise that has passed the international comprehensive certification in China, and has obtained the certification certificate of 32 countries in the world issued by China Quality Certification Center. Wanjiali has become the first building materials circulation enterprise named as a place name in China. In the 39 km long section, there are "Wanjiali road", "Wanjiali square", "Wanjiali station", "Wanjiali light rail station" and "Wanjiali tunnel", creating a legend of Changsha landmark with the same enterprise named Road, tunnel, square and station. Then in November 2004, Huang Zhiming was rated as the national outstanding private entrepreneur. In 2005, Huang Zhiming, together with Changsha Federation of trade unions, Civil Affairs Bureau and Charity Association, organized a "love giving activity to 100 poor mothers" in Wanjiali, helping 120 poor mothers.
