Early experience
Ma was born in Huangshi City, Hubei Province. When he was 10 years old, he began swimming training, and successively studied with Liu Jia, Liu Zhibin and other coaches. After that, Ma became a member of China's national swimming team and won the swimming champion of national and world sports events for many times. In 2010, Ma officially announced his retirement.
Acting experience
In 2011, he released his first solo "love me, hold me tight", which officially entered the performing arts circle; in the same year, he played the leading actor Ma xiaoshuo in the youth inspirational film midsummer directed by Chen Feihong, which is his first film.
On May 7, 2012, he attended the 12th Lily award ceremony together with the crew of midsummer, which was his first time to participate in the film award ceremony; in November of the same year, he released his solo songs hourglass and love, which were included in midsummer movie soundtrack.
In 2013, he starred in the martial arts drama "four famous young men" directed by Huang Junwen and Liang Shengquan. In the play, he played Wen Wuchang, the son of wenruyu, the leader of wuduling cult, and played a father and son with Li Yaojing. This is his first TV play.
In 2015, he co starred with Mao Junjie, Zhu Zixiao and Hao Zejia in the youth inspirational idol drama HuaHuo, in which he played Ling Xiao, the handsome and hardworking successor of Ling's enterprise. In December 2016, the TV play "fireworks" starred by him won the annual excellent work award of Zhejiang Province.
In 2017, he co starred with Tan songyun, Xiong Ziqi and Huang Shengchi in the youth inspirational drama "spray after spray", in which he played Zheng Lingye, a silent swimmer.
On July 9, 2020, TVB and the mainland co production "war drugs" broadcast, playing Teddy in the play.
