Zhang Shihong
Zhang Shihong: doctor, Professor, doctoral supervisor, academic leader, director of satellite laboratory of Jilin University and Plant Molecular Biology Laboratory of Jilin University. He graduated from China Agricultural University in 2003 with a doctor's degree. From 2003 to 2005, he carried out postdoctoral research in the Key Laboratory of pathology of some agricultural plants. From 2005 to 2006, he carried out cooperative research in the Chinese University of Hong Kong (the plan of introducing mainland talents to Hong Kong). In 2006, he joined the school of plant science of Jilin University to engage in Molecular Plant Pathology, plant genetic engineering and plant stress molecular biology The teaching and scientific research work of the University.
Research direction
His research interests include molecular plant pathology, plant stress molecular biology and plant stress resistance genetic engineering. He has been engaged in postdoctoral research in the State Key Laboratory of agricultural biotechnology, China Agricultural University and the key development laboratory of pathology of some agricultural plants. Since then, he has been employed by AOE laboratory, Department of Biology, the Chinese University of Hong Kong to cooperate according to the plan of introducing mainland talents from Hong Kong Research. Participated in and completed a number of scientific research tasks from protein purification to gene cloning and functional verification. We have undertaken scientific research projects such as "establishment of genes with high expression at low temperature and frost resistance model in Chimonanthus praecox", "creation of modified saline alkali transgenic Ricinus communis" and "functional analysis of rice blast disease resistance related genes". Recently, 4 SCI source papers have been published and 2 Chinese patents have been applied.
Scientific research task
1. The Ministry of agriculture has introduced talents and scientific research funds for the genes highly expressed at low temperature in Chimonanthus praecox. 2. Identification and application of core promoter sequence of inducible rice protease inhibitor gene of Magnaporthe grisea, open project of State Key Laboratory of agriculture and biotechnology. patent 1. A plant gene promoter with rapid induction of injury stimulation and high expression, China Intellectual Property Office, 03131051.62003.cn1513990a; 2. A pathogen infection and injury inducible gene promoter from rice and its application, China Intellectual Property Office, 03110442.82004.cn1513994a.
