In the defense, the two agents argued fiercely whether "Hu Yanglin" and "Hu Yanglin" were confused. After the trial, Hu Yanglin's lawyer said that when the other party registered "Hu Yanglin" as a performance trademark, Hu Yanglin didn't know and didn't raise an objection within the time stipulated by the law.
