Jiang Ying
Jiang Ying, female, Han nationality, born in March 1954 in leting, Hebei Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China with a postgraduate degree. He once served as Deputy Secretary of the Party group and deputy director (bureau level) of Tianjin SME Development Promotion Bureau.
On June 25, 2015, he was investigated for violation of discipline. He was held in criminal detention on September 1, 2015 and arrested in accordance with the law on September 14, 2015. He was indicted on March 15, 2016. On September 7, 2016, the first instance of Tianjin No.2 Middle people's court sentenced him to 10 years and 6 months' imprisonment and confiscated personal property of RMB 800000.
