Zhang Yuming
Zhang Yuming, male, Dean of School of microelectronics, Xi'an University of Electronic Science and technology, was born in May 1965 in Baishui, Shaanxi Province, Doctor (1998), Professor (2001), doctoral supervisor of national key disciplines microelectronics and solid state electronics (2002), member of Chinese Kuomintang Revolutionary Committee (2002), senior member of IEEE, Secretary of ieeeed Xi'an Branch, senior member of China Electronics Society, director of Shaanxi Branch of Chinese society of computational physics, special review of China Physics express, 13th Central Committee of the democratic revolution Member of the Committee.
Learning experience
&From September 1994 to June 1998, he studied for a doctor's degree at Professor Luo Jinsheng of Xi'an Jiaotong University. His research field is new semiconductor devices, and his doctoral dissertation is entitled "Research on silicon carbide materials and devices". & amp; #61548; 1989.8-1992.3 studied for master's degree in Xi'an University of Electronic Science and technology. The tutor is Professor Yao Lizhen, and the master thesis is "computer aided thermal analysis of micro assembly". At the same time, he participated in the research and development of semiconductor device generator, symbol layout and compression of IC layout and simulation analysis of temperature control circuit. From September 1984 to July 1989, he studied in Tsinghua University, majoring in microelectronics. In the meantime, he was engaged in the development of key chain whistle circuit and electronic watch circuit in the research group of Professor Zhang Jianren, and participated in the construction of new line super clean room of Microelectronics Institute. The topic of graduation project is the analysis and application of VLSI design software electric, and the instructor is Professor Yang Zhilian.

&April 1992 - engaged in teaching and scientific research in Xi'an University of Electronic Science and technology. He was promoted to lecturer in 1994 and associate professor in 1998. In 2001, he was promoted to Professor, and in 2002, he was awarded doctoral supervisor. & amp; #61548; from August 1999 to September 2000, he worked as a postdoctoral fellow at Rutgers New Jersey State University in the United States. Under the guidance of Professor J. Zhao, director of silicon carbide laboratory of Department of electronic engineering, he was engaged in the following scientific research work: 1. Design and manufacture advanced silicon carbide power devices for electric vehicles; 2. Study the characteristics of vanadium doped semi insulating silicon carbide
