Early experience
On March 7, 2003, baimaduoji was still a college student. With 900 yuan of cash squeezed from his living expenses, he created the world's largest Tibetan music website "China Tibetan music website" with his love for Tibetan music. After graduating from University, baimadoji went to Lhasa, the place closest to the sun, and began his journey of cultural roots and dream building.
Since the establishment of China Tibetan music network in March 2003, baimaduoji has always adhered to the concept of serving Tibetan singers and Tibetan music lovers, and raised funds to make China Tibetan music network operate normally. It provides a platform for people all over the world who love Tibetan music to listen to the sounds of nature in Tibet. Now everyone knows that listening to Tibetan songs is on China Tibetan music network.
After free promotion and publicity on the website, it will get a very good response.
During this period, the cooperation between China Tibetan music network and Sichuan satellite TV "China Tibetan song Association" really highlighted the influence of this most authoritative network platform.
Since then, baimaduoji began some attempts to spread Internet and offline activities.
Based on the current good form of Internet development, baimaduoji intends to change the traditional concept of Tibetan musicians in the past, and lead Tibetan music to more in-depth digitization. After the revision, China Tibetan music network will provide authentic digital music, original and cover music, music related products listening, carrying, watching, singing, writing, music planning, promotion, release and other comprehensive services.
He plans to set up a cultural communication company to provide Tibetan singers with music production, distribution, packaging, publicity and promotion.
More than ten years of unremitting efforts have created a national brand and achieved the initial dream of baimadoji.

Personal life
Zasidler! Hello!
I'm baimadoji, Tibetan, 27 years old. To be exact, I am a Tibetan in Jiarong, and I also belong to the "Kang district". I can gallop freely on horseback and fly with the eagle in my heart. I think I should be a Kangba man with self-confidence, perseverance and loyalty. I'm Baima, a Kangba man chasing dreams. In other words, I have a lot to do with you. When it comes to Siguniang mountain, you must have heard about it more or less. I come from here and belong to Jiarong Tibetan. My parents are both Jiarong Tibetans. When chatting with Han friends, they said that I speak Chinese very well. Because I studied in Chengdu for four years. Sichuan is a very good place, but I went back to Lhasa. The moment I set foot on Lhasa, I knew that I was back.
In Lhasa, I have the same "world" as you
Before I came back, many friends always asked me anxiously, "brother, are we going to be hard to get in touch again?" I'm a little sad, I want to laugh, and I'm a little moved. I said, yes, I will.
Even if they meet strangers on the Internet, they often ask me carefully, is Tibet's Internet stable? Here I would like to express my thanks to all my friends who are worried about this and those I don't know. Let's also talk about my real life in Lhasa. Like the young people in the mainland, I also like famous brand mobile phones very much. In our unit, there are many colleagues who use apple and Samsung mobile phones. I have two mobile phones myself. One Samsung, one apple. But I prefer IOS. Many places in Lhasa have free WiFi, and bars, restaurants and homes will also install it. It saves traffic very much. I only pack 25 yuan of traffic every month, which is enough.
For Xiaomi mobile phones, which are very popular in the mainland, Lhasa is very rare. It's not bad, but there is no Tibetan version. The mother tongue is Tibetan. Of course, the mother tongue is more convenient. After all, in Lhasa, most people's Chinese level is not very high.
Like you, all kinds of social software, wechat, microblog and QQ, are popular among young people in Lhasa. In my circle of friends, there are a few, basically every day to eat, sleep will be sent to the Internet or the circle of friends. Swipe the screen!! Some people say that they seldom see Tibetan friends sharing on microblog. I think it may also be the language problem. In the communication on the Internet, most Tibetan friends still have some problems in language communication. But in our own small circle, these are not problems. Basically, people share things in the circle every day. Of course, a lot of them are Tibetan.
I downloaded wechat 5.0, but the results of playing airplane games are average. A few friends play better. I play less other mobile games.
Sing it. It's very popular among young Tibetans. There are always friends in the circle of friends to share.
However, there are very few people using catering apps like public comments in Lhasa, but outsiders always like to use them in Lhasa and then comment on them. Local people don't use it.
When it comes to the fact that I see people on TV and on the Internet sharing the fact that Tibetan children have traveled a long way to go to school, those are very remote places. Lhasa has changed a lot.
E-commerce is also accepted by many Lhasa people. Many Lhasa people will do business on Taobao, mainly in specialty products, Cordyceps, saffron, Tibetan jewelry, and some in antique business. Many mainlanders will also go to Lhasa to buy goods, which also brings huge income to the Tibetans in Lhasa. Many people make millions or tens of millions a year. I have accounts in Taobao, Jingdong and tmall.
My world is a little different from yours
After so much talk, I haven't introduced my own work. I started a company called Tibet agudunba network technology in Lhasa. After doing some website work, I also run a website that collects Tibetan folk songs. Don't ask me about my income. My website is still unprofitable. Depressed.
It's said that being a programmer in Beijing has a good income, but it's hard. Then let's talk about the life of a programmer in Lhasa. I go to work from 9:00 to 1:00 every day, from 3:00 to 6:00 in the afternoon, working seven hours a day, sometimes working overtime. The salary of the staff is also good, generally 3000-10000 yuan (the house price in Lhasa is between 4000-10000 yuan). Although it's a good income in Lhasa, many enterprises still can't retain talents. Tibet is very short of talents. Many of my employees are from the mainland. It's difficult for them to adapt to the life in Lhasa. They usually go back after a few years.
Some people may have doubts about whether young people in Tibet do not major in computer science? Now very small children in Tibet are playing with computers. When we went to school, we were very interested in computer science, but after graduation, very few people were engaged in this industry. Lhasa's young people rarely choose to start a business, but they like to take the civil service examination.
When it comes to Tibet, what's wrong? In fact, there are still many. The development of Tibet's network is slower than that of the mainland. Most of them are imitating the model of the mainland, and there are fewer industry websites. Car, house
