Li Chunyan, associate professor, School of economics and management, Hainan University, and supervisor of MBA. He graduated from the University of Leeds, UK, majoring in human resource management and obtained the certificate of "human resource management practice" from the Chartered Institute of personnel and development (CIPD). He used to be human resource director of IBM and other well-known multinational companies, and now he is engaged in teaching and scientific research of human resource management. He has specially invited HR Consultants and senior trainers for many management consulting institutions and enterprises.
Personal profile
He has presided over or undertaken more than 10 projects such as the National Social Science Foundation of China, the humanities and Social Science Foundation of the Ministry of education and the projects entrusted by enterprises. He has published more than 20 academic papers in CSSCI such as educational research, science and technology management, scientific and technological progress and Countermeasures, macroeconomic management, modern education management and other core journals of Peking University, many of which have been included in the three major international indexes. One monograph was published by a national authoritative publishing house, and relevant research results and guidance students were awarded provincial and ministerial awards. Over the years, it has continuously provided management training and consulting services for the society, which has been widely praised by all walks of life. The well-known enterprises and government departments it serves include China Merchants Bank, Haima group, Yedao group, port and shipping holding group, Tianneng power, training center of provincial development and Reform Commission, Provincial Human Resources Development Bureau, etc.
