Guan Tong was fond of writing and writing when he was in middle school. Because of his interest in shorthand, he enrolled in the shorthand correspondence class of Chongqing Yawei shorthand school and Beijing shorthand Association Training Center. After finishing his shorthand class, in 1984, Tang recommended him to work in a secretarial shorthand school in Wuhan.
