Xu Zhiyong, born in 1972 in Dazhao village, Ningjin, Hebei Province, graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Hebei Normal University. He has been engaged in the research of fine brushwork for nearly 20 years. He is good at modern fine brushwork figures, fine brushwork flowers and birds and ink dragons. In his creation, he skillfully combines modern techniques with traditional techniques, and his painting style is simple, elegant and elegant. He is now a member of Hebei Branch of China Artists Association, a painter of China Three Gorges painting academy, and executive director of Magnesium Association of Hebei overseas Chinese Federation. In 2003, "Yunlong Xizhu" won the first prize in the exhibition of ink and wash paintings for the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Japan. In 2007, the work (lotus pond morning breeze) participated in the invitation exhibition of Jinan contemporary masters. In 2008, he won the gold medal in the painting and calligraphy competition of Langfang Bohai International Business Festival. In 2009, he published his own painting collection and won the second prize in Xingtai first fine brushwork exhibition. In 2011, he graduated from the fine brushwork advanced research class sponsored by China fine brushwork painting society.
