Zhang Jianguo

Zhang Jianguo, male, Han nationality, was born in August 1957 in Dalian, Liaoning Province. He joined the Communist Party of China in November 1978. He graduated from the law theory major of the in-service graduate class of the Central Party school with a postgraduate degree.
