Sun Daolin
Sun Daolin (December 18, 1921 - December 28, 2007), formerly known as sun Yiliang, was born in Beijing. He was born in Jiashan County, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province. He is an actor and director in mainland China. He graduated from Philosophy Department of Yanjing University.
In 1948, he took part in his first film reunion. In 1949, he won the first prize of the excellent film award of the Ministry of culture of China from 1949 to 1955 for his leading role in the plot film crow and sparrow. In 1954, he starred in the war movie "crossing the river reconnaissance". In 1959, the drama film "all the colors are always spring" was released. In 1963, he played Xiao Jianqiu in the plot movie early spring in February. In 1979, he starred in the biographical film Li Siguang. In 1984, he wrote, directed and acted in the movie thunderstorm. In 1986, he directed and acted in the drama "very big president". In 1988, he was the host of CCTV Spring Festival Gala. In 1995, he won the best actor award of the film century award. In 2000, the biographical film Zhan Tianyou co directed with Yao Shoukang won the best feature film award of the 7th China Film Huabiao award and the "five one project" award of the Central Propaganda Department. In 2005, he won the award of 100 outstanding actors in Chinese film. On December 28, 2007, sun Daolin died of a heart attack in Shanghai Huadong Hospital at the age of 86.
Early experience
Sun Daolin was born in an intellectual family. In 1936, 15-year-old sun Daolin wrote a short story "mother and son", which was published in the school journal Dapeng.
In 1938, he was admitted to the Department of philosophy of Yanjing University. He once participated in the performance of Yanjing drama club. During his time in school, he acted in drama such as thunderstorm and love between life and death. In 1941, after the Pearl Harbor Incident broke out, the school was forced to close, and sun Daolin was out of school.
Since 1943, he has participated in China Travel drama company, Shanghai Guohua drama agency and other drama groups. In 1944, he began to be an actor and director of Beijing North South drama society and an actor of Shanghai Guohua drama society. After the victory of the Anti Japanese War, he returned to Yanjing University, graduated in 1947 and joined the Peking Museum of art.
Acting experience
In 1948, he acted as an actor in Shanghai Tsinghua film company and took part in the plot film "Reunion" adapted by Jinshan organization Shanghai Tsinghua film company. In 1949, he entered the Shanghai Film Studio; in the same year, he co starred in the plot film crow and sparrow with Zhao Dan and Wu Yin, and won the first prize of the excellent film award of the Ministry of culture from 1949 to 1955.
In 1950, he co starred with Yao Xiangli and sang Fu in the plot film Democratic Youth March. In 1951, she co starred with Shu Xiuwen and Ke gang in the plot movie female driver. In 1954, he co starred with Li Lingjun in the war movie "crossing the river reconnaissance", in which he played company commander li of the special Reconnaissance Force.
In 1955, he co starred with Shangguan Yunzhu in the plot movie "the storm of the South Island". In 1956, he co starred with Wang Danfeng and Zhang Ruifang in the plot film "home"; on June 2, he co starred with Li Paolo in the plot film "spring is coming".
In 1957, he co starred with Li Lingjun and Liu Fei in the plot movie never night city, in which he played Zhang Bohan, the son of Zhang Yaotang, the boss of Daguang textile printing and dyeing factory. In 1958, he co starred with Qin Yi in the plot film "red seed"; in the same year, he co starred with Yuan Xia in the plot film "never fading radio wave", in which he played Li Xia, a telegraph expert of the Eighth Route Army; in addition, he voiced Hamlet, the prince in the plot film "Prince revenge".
In 1959, the drama film "all the colors are always spring" was released. In 1961, he co starred with Yu Lan in the drama "revolutionary family", playing Jiang Haiqing raised by his grandmother; in the same year, he played in the adventure film "station 51" directed by Liu Qiong. In 1963, he co starred with Xie Fang and Shangguan Yunzhu in the plot film "early spring in February", in which he played Xiao Jianqiu, an intellectual youth who was perplexed and hesitating in pursuit of revolutionary truth.
In 1979, he co starred with Wang Tiecheng and Yu Ping in the biographical film Li Siguang, in which he played geologist Li Siguang who focused on scientific research. In 1981, he was the narrator of the biographical documentary Lu Xun. In 1982, he co starred with lien taro of three countries in the plot movie "a game of chess not finished", in which he played Kuang Yishan, a famous go player known as the "king of chess in Jiangnan".
In 1984, he wrote, directed and acted in the plot film thunderstorm, in which he played the autocratic and hypocritical coal mine owner Zhou Puyuan, which was adapted from Cao Yu's play of the same name. In 1986, he directed and acted in the drama "very big president". In 1988, together with Jiang Kun, Hou Yaowen and Wang Gang, he served as the host of CCTV Spring Festival Gala.
In 1992, he directed the plot film stepmother adapted from Xiao Fuxing's novel. In 1995, sun Daolin won the best actor award of the film century Award; in the same year, sun Daolin won the special honor award of the 5th China Film Performing Arts Association. In 1997, he created a collection of poetry and prose, walking into the sunshine.
In 2000, he and Yao Shoukang co directed the biographical film Zhan Tianyou, which tells the story of Zhan Tianyou's railway construction. The film won the best feature film award of the 7th China Film Huabiao award and the "five one project award" of the Central Propaganda Department. In 2005, sun Daolin won the award of one hundred outstanding actors in Chinese film.
Personal life
Sun Daolin's father is sun Wenyao. In the 1960s, sun Daolin married Wang Wenjuan, an actor of Yue opera. On December 28, 2007, sun Daolin died of a heart attack in Shanghai Huadong Hospital at the age of 86.

All the screen images played by sun Daolin exude obvious and unique intellectual atmosphere. He has created a series of screen heroes of PLA commanders and underground workers, but different from the screen images of workers and peasants heroes and soldiers played by other actors of the same era, with the characteristics of people's Heroes tempered by intellectuals in the revolutionary war. Sun Daolin's life is the life of a thoughtful filmmaker as well as an intellectual. Commemoration of later generations
On February 2, 2007, the sun Daolin Film Art Museum named after sun Daolin was completed.
On January 3, 2008, the farewell ceremony of sun Daolin's body was held; from January 5 to 6, the China Film Archive held a "retrospective exhibition of sun Daolin's classic films"; on January 13, the program "art life" recorded a special program of sun Daolin; on February 19, the "sleepwalking, grandma's Farewell - nostalgia for sun Daolin's music recitation" was held at the music hall of Zhongshan Park in Beijing; on the morning of December 28, sun Daolin's life was recorded In the afternoon, a poetry recitation in memory of sun Daolin was held in Shanghai Film City, and the book biography of sun Daolin was sold.
