Early experience
Luo Tianyu was born in a broken family. His father left and his mother remarried. He changed his mother's surname to Luo. His mother made a lot of money by doing business and speculating in real estate. She raised her son by herself, and his stepfather treated him as if he were his own. Born in Hong Kong, Luo Tianyu studied English from kindergarten to primary school, and then transferred to Melbourne, Australia to study in secondary school. I didn't finish college.
In 2008, Luo Tianyu ran for Mr. Hong Kong as the No. 6 contestant. Although he successfully won the junior group championship, he was defeated by Zhu yunchong on the 12th in the competition for Mr. Hong Kong Championship. Mr. Asia 2012 contestant Luo Junyu is his younger brother.
Acting experience
Luo Tianyu's journey is not smooth. From 2008 to 2009, he took part in dancing the whole city and flying the dream of Nanhua.
In 2010, Luo Tianyu was recognized by the TVB senior management, and was invited to play supporting roles in the new year's short play "senior one D in the eyes of the beholder" starring Wang Zulan, Huang Zongze and Xu Zishan, and the TVB Taiqing drama "Gong Xinji". However, due to the lack of parts, he did not attract the audience's attention.
In 2011, Luo Tianyu continued to guest star in many TVB dramas such as truth, Hong Wu 32 and forensic pioneer III. in the same year, he also took part in the new year comedy "I love HK, long live happily" directed by Zeng Zhiwei. Most of the roles he played were nameless.
It was not until 2012 that Luo Tianyu, Li Nuoyi, Liu Dan and Xu Rong cooperated in shooting the TVB fashion drama "love to go home", playing the role of stylist Ma Ziren, that he became well-known. Because of its good ratings, the play was broadcast from 180 episodes to 700 episodes.
