Wu Xiaohong

Wu Xiaohong, female, born in 1967, is from Phoenix, Dandong. After graduation, she came to a university in Shenyang and became an English teacher. In August 2002, she was transferred to Liaoning Education Press. As an English translator, Wu Xiaohong participated in the Chinese version of Guinness World Records (2002 Edition). At the end of 2003, Wu Xiaohong became a certified official of Guinness World Records. She was also the only certified official of Guinness World Records outside the UK at that time.
