Dadaocheng March
Chen Junyu, the second minister of literature and art of GuLun Meiya records, first mentioned Deng Yuxian's song "the march of Dadaocheng" in 1955's Taipei cultural relics. However, his recording data has not existed for many years, which has aroused many scholars' doubts. In June 2007, "Dadaocheng March" vinyl record was discovered by Taiwan art designer Lin Taiwei at the flea market in Sanchong City, Taipei County. The record was recorded in 1932 by the Wensheng music disc company of Yongle Town, Tadao city. The lyrics were written in Japanese by the literature and Art Department of Wensheng music disc company, and the singer was Jiang Heling (Lin Taiwei suspected that he was the boss of Wensheng music disc company, Jiang Tianshou). The music style of Dadaocheng March is youthful and lively. The lyrics describe the changes of scenery in four seasons in Dadaocheng, and also mention the famous restaurant jiangshanlou and the popular jazz music at that time.

The song of watching rain in April
Among the popular Taiwanese songs, there are the so-called "April, moon, hope and rain", which refer to four Taiwanese ballads: "four seasons are red", "moon night is sad", "spring breeze is watching" and "flowers on a rainy night". When these four Taiwanese ballads first appeared, they caused a sensation and even reached the stage of being sung by everyone in the streets. Even after decades of time, they are still popular Places with Chinese people all over the world are remembered and sung from time to time. Because of their special creation time and space background, these Taiwanese ballads not only reflected the feelings of the previous generation of Taiwanese living under the strict colonial rule of Japan, but also expressed the nostalgia and admiration of the hot-blooded young students after the war. Even because of their strong Taiwan flavor, they became many popular songs at that time The reason is that the wanderers have to talk about the homesickness melody to comfort their homesickness.
These melodies, which are full of Taiwan's unique sentiment and unforgettable, are all created by one person, the Hakka composer Deng Yuxian. Deng Yuxian, born on July 21, 1906 (the 39th year of Meiji), was a Hakka son of Longtan Village in Daxi County, which is now Longtan Township in Taoyuan County. Longtan Township in Taoyuan originally got its name because of the so-called "lingtanyu" in the area. In the early days, it was widely spread among the people that there was a yellow dragon hidden in the lake, which was about 18 carats in size. In response to the public opinion, it rained in time to relieve the drought. The villagers called it "longtanyu" to record the event. Therefore, folklore went deep into the hearts of the local people. Therefore, the place name of this place was convenient for the Japanese rule, and gradually changed from "lingtanyu" to "lingtanyu" It is called "Longtan".
Born in a famous family
The majority of Taiwan's Taoyuan platform residents are Hakkas, while the families of Zhong in the "jiuzuoliao" area of Longtan and Deng in the "bazhangli" area are even more famous families. It is said that the Deng family started in Guangdong Province as early as the Jiaqing period of the Qing Dynasty
Meixian District, Meizhou City
He crossed the sea to Taiwan and took root in Longtan. The Deng family came to Taiwan to express their memory of their ancestors and hope that the family will continue to be prosperous and prosperous in the future. It is stipulated that all the descendants of the Deng family will still be named according to their generations, and Deng Yuxian is a descendant of "Xian".
Deng Yuxian not only came from a famous family, but also inherited his family through generations. His great grandfather, grandfather and uncle all passed the examination of scholar, and had a proud record of "three scholar in one school". However, because the Deng family has a long history of "no medicine, no official", most of the elders of the Deng family take "education" as their career goal and actively contribute to the local people. For example, Deng Yuxian's father, Deng shengrou (named Xudong), joined his hometown Longyuan palace school as a teacher. Later, he was employed as a Chinese teacher in Taiwan Governor's Mandarin School (divided into normal school and Mandarin Department II) To teach Chinese in Hakka, Deng decided to move to Taipei with her family. Deng Yuxian began to contact and learn Minnan language because he moved to Taipei. Deng Yuxian's primary education was completed in Wanhua "mangong school" (today's Laosong National School) in Taipei. At this time, because he studied with many students whose mother tongue is Minnan language every day, he got along with them for a long time, and the use of Minnan language has been very fluent.
In 1919, the Governor General's office of Taiwan issued the so-called "Taiwan education order" to actively carry out the reform of education, and decided to close the "Mandarin School" and set up Taipei and Tainan normal schools at the same time. At that time, Deng Yuxian, following his father's wishes, successfully entered the Taipei Normal School at the age of only 15, and the then Taipei Normal School was established
