Wang Guoli, male, born in April 1965, Professor, School of information science and technology, Sun Yat sen University, Humboldt scholar, director of Key Laboratory of machine intelligence and advanced computing, Ministry of education, and director of Institute of intelligent science and technology.

From 1982 to 1992, he studied in the Department of computer science of Nankai University and obtained bachelor's degree, master's degree and doctor's degree.
From July 1992 to March 2000, he was employed in the Department of computer science, College of technology, Shantou University, and was promoted to Professor in December 1999.
In November 2003, as the talent introduction of the "100 talents plan", he was employed as a professor and doctoral supervisor of the Department of automation, School of information science and technology, Sun Yat sen University < br > from 2008 to 2013, he was the head of the Department < br > from 2013 to 2015, he was the vice president of the school of information science and technology.

The research results have been published in IEEE Transactions (including neural networks, robotics and automation, mechatronics, instrumentation and measurement, industrial electronics) and other international core academic journals, as well as "China Science" and other domestic core journals. He served as vice chairman of the intelligent IOT system specialty of China simulation society, member of the intelligent Aerospace specialty of China artificial intelligence society, vice chairman of IEEE control and system chapter (Guangzhou), member of the academic committee of the Key Laboratory of advanced manufacturing of the Ministry of education, and member of the undergraduate teaching Steering Committee of Sun Yat sen University.
