Production steps:
Step 1: mix 500g spontaneous corn steamed bread flour with 200g bean dregs, add 1 egg, 1 teaspoon black sesame, 2 teaspoons condensed milk, 3 teaspoons sugar, 2 teaspoons blended oil, proper amount of Osmanthus fragrans and 100ml warm water to make snowflake flakes.
Step 2: knead the dough, cover it with a wet towel and let it grow for 20 minutes.
Step 3: Sprinkle dry flour on the chopping board and flatten the dough.
Step 4: cut the dough into strips.
Step 5: knead the long strip and roll the dry flour.
