Noodles with vegetables
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: pour the flour into the bowl and start mixing.

Step 14: start from the potatoes and beans, stir fry for 10 minutes, add eggplant, spread on the dish, stir fry after a minute.
Step 15: bring hot water to a boil and add a spoonful of salt.
Step 16: roll the dough thin with a rolling pin.
Step 17: cut with a knife. The width depends on your preference.
Step 18: put tomatoes in the frying pan, stir fry evenly and add half a bowl of cold water.
Step 19: keep the pan on high heat, stretch the noodles properly and put them in.
Step 20: add tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes. Add a spoonful of chicken essence and stir fry for several times.
Step 21: when the pot is about to overflow, add cold water, cook for about 3-4 minutes, and the noodles will be cooked.
Step 22: take out the noodles and put them on a plate.
Step 23: add the side dishes and soup, and you're done!
