Originally, I wanted to make curry flavored meat floss, but now that it's spring, children are prone to allergies, whether it's asthma or other colds and coughs, so make an original flavor meat floss, so that children can rest assured to eat it. Use the pressure cooker to crush the fresh pork, then tear the shredded pork by hand, and finally use the microwave oven to dry the water
Production steps:
Step 1: get the materials ready.
Step 2: put ginger slices in the pot, boil the water, drop a few drops of rice wine, and then put the meat into the boiling water.
Step 3: rub the boiled meat with salt, rinse it with cold water, and cut the fat on it.
Step 4: cut the pork into large pieces, add raw soy sauce, soy sauce, sugar and onion, and adjust the flavor. Discharge in pressure cooker together. (in fact, it's drier to cook the meat without cutting it. It's easy to tear it apart. I cut it directly for the convenience of taste.)
Step 5: cook in a pressure cooker for 1 to 2 hours.

Step 7: wrap the cooled meat in a fresh-keeping bag, and use a rolling pin to roll the meat into silk.
Step 8: tear the rolled meat into shreds with a fruit fork.

Step 10: first try the taste of the semi-finished meat floss. If you think it's enough, you don't need seasoning. Just add a little pepper and stir it into the microwave oven. First, medium heat for 2 minutes. If you don't feel good enough, add salt or soy sauce. Note that my meat floss is oil-free. There is no oil in it. Because the salad dressing itself has enough oil.
Step 11: take out the meat floss in the middle and stir with chopsticks to remove moisture. In the microwave oven, use the microwave for 2 minutes, then turn down the fire and turn it out for one minute. Turn low five times for five minutes. Finally, the fire bites for another minute or two. The situation depends on the dry humidity of meat floss.
Step 12: take out the meat floss from the microwave oven, spread it in the enlarged plate to cool, and then put it in a sealed container.
