Introduction:

Next morning, they will cook a bowl of mash soup, add longan and glutinous rice dumplings, and then they will have a boiled egg to warm their feet."
Production steps:
Step 1: add some cold water into the glutinous rice flour, about 50g
Step 2: do not pour in water at one time, add water while stirring evenly, so that the glutinous rice flour presents flocculent
Step 3: heat the pot with cold water and low heat, knead the wet glutinous rice flour into Tangyuan and put it into the pot
Step 4: after all the glutinous rice dumplings are kneaded, bring to a boil. When all the dumplings float on the water, it means they are cooked. Add the washed longan meat
Step 5: pour in the mash and stir gently
Step 6: after the egg is broken, pour it into the pot along the edge of the pot and let it boil for 20 seconds
Step 7: pour the sauce into the pot, stir well, and leave the fire. (if you like to eat sweet, you can add some honey)
