Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: the rice noodles I used are the local rice noodles I bought from Xiamen when I was traveling. After boiling with water, put in a proper amount of rice noodles, cook for about 5 minutes, stir them with cold water, and drain them

Step 2: in the medium heat, heat the curry beef brisket that was burned yesterday in the pot until the soup melts

Step 3: add the right amount of rice flour

Step 4: stir fry for about 4 minutes, then add the Arctic shrimp to stir fry the leek (sorry, it's also yesterday's leftovers. If you are interested, you can see my previous recipe to learn how to make this dish)

Step 5: stir fry continuously to prevent sticking to the pot until the soup is dry

Materials required:

Rice noodles: right amount

Curry Beef Brisket: right amount

Stir fried leek with Arctic shrimp: right amount

Note: if there is no suitable leftovers, you can also open the oil pan and add your favorite meat slices, mushrooms, vegetables, etc. to stir fry until cooked, and then add rice flour to stir fry together, remember to flavor Oh~
