Sesame paste
Introduction:
"Sesame paste, a very simple way, is the traditional breakfast food of Guangdong and Guangxi people. The desserts we make here are all made of an old-fashioned tool - stone mill. After being boiled with flour, they taste smooth and soft. It's not so delicate with the blender, but it's healthy and safe to make it by yourself. It's fragrant, but it's a little rough. "
Production steps:
Step 1: fry the black sesame in the pot until the aroma overflows, scoop out a few grains with a small spoon, and then crush them by hand when they are cool. Then put it into the blender and add appropriate amount of water powder. The powder will be more delicate several times. You don't need to filter your own food.
Step 2: mix the sticky rice flour with a little water, pour it into the well powdered sesame, and then pour it into the skillet, either stainless steel or non sticky.
Step 3: put the pot on the induction cooker and keep stirring, otherwise it will stick to the bottom. Just add some sugar. It's not very delicate, but the taste is OK.
