Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: mix the flour and oats and put them in a bowl.
Step 2: pour in proper amount of Sufu (depending on your taste).
Step 3: dissolve the fermentation powder in appropriate amount of warm water.
Step 4: pour the warm water with yeast into the flour, then add warm water as appropriate, and knead into the dough.
Step 5: put in a warm place, wait for two or three hours, and the fermentation is completed.
Step 6: after fermentation, exhaust air and wake up for 15 minutes.
Step 7: several times, knead into steamed bread like dough.
Step 8: put the dough into the drawer, put it on the pot in cold water, and heat it for 25 minutes.
Step 9: turn off the fire and keep it stuffy for three or five minutes.
Step 10: it's very chewy and has a lot of aftertaste~~~

Note: if there is Monascus powder, it is also a good choice to use Monascus powder instead of sufu=
