Step 1: material preparation~
Step 2: wash the fish, wipe the whole body with salt, then remove the excess fishbone, cut off the head and tail of the fish, and cut the fish into several parts without cutting off the belly. Wash coriander, twist the part of the head into the fish head, cut off the rest for use.
Step 3: after the water boils, put the fish into the pot and steam for 6-8 minutes.
Step 4: This is steamed fish. It's called flying fish!
Step 5: spread the cut coriander on the steamed fish~
Step 6: pour peanut oil (about 3 tbsp) into the clean pan, heat until hot, pour directly on the vegetables, and then pour in the soy sauce.

Soy sauce: right amount
Salt: right amount
Note: PS: 1. Be sure to wait for the water to boil before putting in the fish, so that the steamed meat is stronger, fresh and sweet! 2. If you don't like the package of coriander, you can change it into shredded onion or shredded ginger ~ ~ because I don't eat onion, I like to use coriander ~ ha ha~
