Production steps:
Step 1: put the flour into the basin, add appropriate amount of warm water several times, stir it into flakes, and knead it into a smooth dough.
Step 2: cover with wet cloth and cover for 20 minutes.
Step 3: wash the pork, add a little water several times and chop it into mince.
Step 4: wash the green pepper, remove the pedicels and seeds, cut into shreds, and then cut into pieces.
Step 5: remove both ends of bean sprouts and clean them.

Step 7: blanch in boiling water, add a little cooking wine, about 1 minute until the color becomes transparent.
