Production steps:
Step 1: put water and pig's tail bone in the pot, bring to a boil, turn off the fire and pick up the pig's bone. The purpose is to blanch the pig tail bone with bleeding water, which makes the soup more sweet. Soak the tea tree mushroom, shell the chestnut, wash the jujube and cut some ginger.
Step 2: put water into tile soup pot, put pig's tail bone, red dates and chestnuts together.
Step 3: cover and bring to a boil for about 10 minutes.
Step 4: pour down the Agrocybe aegerita and bring to a boil again. Turn down the heat and cook for about 2 hours. Turn off the heat.
Step 5: add salt, sprinkle with scallion, delicious soup.
