Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare a pot, add 50ml ~ 60ml of water, beat rotten ginger, sugar 5 ~ 6 tbsp (pinch it yourself), bring to a boil over high heat, turn down the heat and cook for 15 minutes. Take off the ginger and let it cool~
Step 2: take out 20 ml or "one bowl" of soybean milk from 2 liters of soybean milk, add it into a large bowl, add two tablespoons of cassava powder and one iron spoon of gypsum powder, and stir well. The bowl above refers to the bowl for holding rice at home. Figure 2 shows the spoon. Figure 3 shows the effect of iron spoon and cassava powder to make the bean flower more tender and smooth. Step 3: pour the remaining soy milk into the pot and bring to a boil. If it doesn't boil, prepare a large pot. Add the "soy milk mixture" and stir it slightly. Note: the soy milk mixture can be filtered through a sieve. It is inevitable that some particles will not be stirred~~
Step 4: when the soymilk has some small bubbles, turn off the fire, pour the hot soymilk into the soymilk mixture pot, cover it and wait for 40-60 minutes. (cannot be opened during this period)
Step 5: remove the surface of the first layer of bean curd, then put the bean curd into a bowl, and then sprinkle with 'sugar water' ~ ~ the smooth bean curd is finished!
