Introduction:

When I went to the supermarket that day, I saw someone selling chrysanthemum (we also call it green chrysanthemum here) and bought some. Chrysanthemum morifolium is a kind of special food plant in Langfang. It has antibacterial, antipyretic, anti-inflammatory and eyesight functions. It tastes slightly bitter and has green color. It can be fried or cold mixed. It is a good food for clearing heat and removing fire. Because it tastes sweet and slightly bitter, it also has the effect of clearing heat and relieving heat
Production steps:
Step 1: clean up all the ingredients. Add water and salt to the frying pan.

Note: when rolling bean skin, be sure to roll tightly, otherwise chrysanthemum will spill out. If the operation of one and a half circles is not good, you can roll two circles and then cut off the skin.
