Production steps:
Step 1: spare ribs + ginger slices + garlic + cooking wine + more than ten Chinese prickly ash (you can also add white radish or lotus root), cover with water, put in a pressure cooker, press 30 ~ 45 minutes according to the amount, boil the soup, take out the spare ribs with a leaky net and drain them for standby.
