Introduction:
Dictyophora is a kind of cryptophytic fungus parasitic on the root of withered bamboo. It has dark green cap, snow-white cylindrical stipe and pink egg shaped stipe. At the top of stipe, there is a fine white net skirt spreading from the cap down. The whole fungus is very beautiful, colorful and rare. It is called "snow skirt Fairy", "mountain treasure flower" and "fungus flower" ”"Queen of fungi". Dictyophora has rich nutrition, rich fragrance and delicious taste, and has been listed as one of the "eight treasures of grass" since ancient times
Production steps:
Step 1: kill the grass carp, gently pat the fish line, then separate the fish meat and bone with a knife along the fish bone, and deal with the same again.
Step 2: blanch the fish bones in a boiling water pan and take them out. Put them in the pot with the soup and cook them over low heat for 10 minutes to produce delicious fish soup.
Step 3: remove the old leaves and roots of the kale. If the stem is thick, use a knife to cut off the epidermis of the stem and blanch it in boiling water until it is broken.
Step 4: peel and wash the water chestnut, pat a few times and cut into pieces.
Step 5: soak the Dictyophora in water for 10 minutes, clean the impurities and remove the part of the net. (for other purposes)
Step 6: cut off the tip of the head and tail of the Dictyophora indusiana and cut it into sections for later use.

Step 9: remove the shell of shrimp and wash the shrimp thread.
Step 10: put the fish, shrimp and pork stuffing on the chopping board and beat them with a rolling pin until the fish turns white slightly and feels sticky, so that all the fish become mud.
Step 11: add chopped water chestnut, egg white, pepper, salt and water starch into the minced meat and stir to form a filling.
Step 12: put the meat stuffing into the flower mounting bag, and fill the bamboo fungus with the meat stuffing one by one.
Step 13: bring the water in the steamer to a boil, steam over high heat for 8 minutes, take it out and put it on the plate with the kale.
Step 14: heat the pan with a little oil, saute shredded ginger, pour in fish soup and bring to a boil.
Step 15: add the starch in several times, drizzle a little sesame oil, and hook into the sauce.
