Production steps:
Step 1: prepare 300g lotus seeds and wash them.
Step 2: put in the electric pressure cooker, add the amount of water without lotus seeds, and cook until the powder is rotten.
Step 3: beat with blender until muddy.
Step 4: pour into the pot, add sugar, heat over low heat, stirring constantly.
Step 5: add vegetable oil in three times and stir over low heat.
Step 6: cook until thick, then remove.
Materials required:
Lotus seed: 300g
Vegetable oil: 100g
Sugar: 120g
Note: if the lotus seed has a core, it needs to be soaked to remove the core before cooking. When I bought lotus seeds, the store told me to cook them directly in the pot, not soak them. When buying, it's best to ask if you need to soak.
