Introduction:

Zailai rice noodle mentioned in Fangzi is rice flour, also known as Zailai rice noodle (Taiwan name). Rice flour: the flour ground from the seeds (rice) of gramineous plant rice, also known as big rice noodle. It is the main material for making many Chinese snacks, such as meatballs, radish cakes and bowls. If you don't have it, you can also use some coarse cereals powder. The effect is also very good. I made it with oat powder once, and the effect is very good. With jujube powder, I think it tastes much better than the original recipe
Production steps:
Step 1: Marble Cake method: sift the material powder, pour in water (my milk) and fine sugar, stir until the fine sugar is completely dissolved into the original batter, set aside.
Step 2: let the batter stand for about 20 minutes, and then put it into the cup mould in order for about 8 minutes.
Step 3: squeeze the original batter with chocolate sauce and draw the line with a bamboo stick.
Step 4: press the switch with the electric rice cooker and steam for 15 minutes until the batter is cooked.
Step 5: Jili hair cake (about 50g × 8): A: low gluten flour 80g, rice flour 80g, baking powder 5g; B: milk 130g, sugar 85g, raisin 35g, the same as marble hair cake.
