Braised noodles with beans
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash the bean horn, remove the two stems and break them into small finger long segments, cut the potatoes into hob pieces, marinate the lean meat with cooking wine and a small amount of starch, and set aside the dried pepper segments, ginger slices and garlic slices
Step 2: stir fry the marinated meat in a pan with less oil
Step 3: add a small amount of oil and stir fry the ginger, garlic and pepper until fragrant
Step 4: stir fry the beans in the pot, and try to stir fry as much as possible for a while
Step 5: add potatoes and stir fry, then add appropriate amount of soy sauce, chicken essence, salt, five spice powder, pepper powder and stir fry
Step 6: add boiling water, submerge the dish and bring to a boil. When the dish is slightly exposed, add the seasoning to the table at one time
Step 7: shake the hand-made noodles evenly and cover them on the soup. The noodles are for three people
Step 8: turn down the heat, cover and simmer for 3 minutes
Step 9: take off the lid of the pot and turn it over with chopsticks. Turn the one without soup on the top to the bottom and simmer for another two minutes
Step 10: finally, open the lid of the pan, shake it with chopsticks, mix it well and then serve it. This noodle is a little dry and delicious

Note: Although this noodle is simple, it's easy to make it too dry, paste the pot or stick it into a ball, or the juice doesn't stick well, so it's recommended to make it in a non stick pot
