Step 1: boil a little more water in the pot, then wash and cut off the Chinese cabbage, put it into the pot, cook it over high heat, shred, slice garlic, bean paste, chili noodles, Chinese prickly ash and salt into the pot at the same time.
Step 2: cut the fillet into thin slices, add salt, raw meal and cooking wine to mix and marinate evenly, pick up the cooked Chinese cabbage and put it at the bottom of the bowl, add appropriate amount of chicken essence and heat it in the bowl, stir evenly, and spread the Chinese cabbage. The soup remained in the pot and the fire continued.
Step 3: bring the soup to a boil, remove the sliced meat, boil it for 1 minute, spread it on the Chinese cabbage, put some chili powder and minced garlic on the surface of the meat, heat it with a little oil in the pot, then pour it on the chili powder and sprinkle with scallions.

According to my personal preference, you can also use oil to fry garlic, ginger, pepper and Zanthoxylum bungeanum first. Anyway, you can do whatever you want, as long as it tastes good. The last one can be fried with dried pepper and Chinese prickly ash in oil, and then poured on the meat slices, so the taste is better, because there is no dried pepper, so I can only make do with it. In fact, we should put some white sesame seeds. After looking for them for a long time, only black sesame seeds were left, so we didn't put them.
