Potato salted crispy cake
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: get all the materials ready.
Step 2: peel potatoes and cut them into small pieces. Add water and cook for 10 minutes until soft.

Step 9: put it into the oven preheated to 170 ℃ and bake for 15-18 minutes, then adjust the temperature to 150 ℃ and bake for 5 minutes, then turn off the fire and cool it with residual temperature.

Salad oil: 30g
Black pepper: 1 / 3 tsp
Salt: 1 / 4 teaspoon (can be adjusted according to your preference)
Note: 1. The size and thickness of each plate of biscuits should be consistent as far as possible, so as to avoid uneven baking. Baking time should be adjusted according to the thickness of biscuits. If the biscuits are not crisp, the baking time can be extended. 2. Don't make too much at one time, it will be fresh after two days.
