Spaghetti with bean paste, tomato and mushroom
Introduction:
"The red sauce is sprinkled on the golden noodles, and the color is attractive. The mushroom wrapped in the sauce shuttles among them, and the emerald green scallion adds another embellishment, which makes people salivate. Take a bite to your mouth: sour and sweet tomato sauce, accompanied by spicy bean paste, tastes super cool. This combination of Chinese and Western taste is unforgettable, and you want to have a second bite after one bite! This noodle is also inspired by the sweet, sour and spicy taste of Sichuan cuisine and the sweet and sour taste of tomato spaghetti. The combination of the two brings about a new dish
Production steps:
Step 1: cook the spaghetti, add a little salt in the pot, and add a little olive oil, so that the color of the noodles is bright, and the noodles are cooked well, then put them aside.
Step 2: chopped green onion, chopped scallion, ginger, garlic, pork, sliced mushrooms.
Step 3: heat the oil in the frying pan, add scallion, ginger and garlic into the pan.
Step 4: put in the pork and stir fry until it turns brown.
Step 5: then adjust to medium heat to avoid frying. Add a little ketchup and stir fry twice. Let the meat be covered with ketchup.
Step 6: add tomato concentrate, continue to stir fry, add a little water, do not add too much. Add sugar (because the concentrated liquid is sour, those who like sweet food can add more according to their personal taste, while those who like sour taste can add less). Open the lid and simmer for 2 minutes until the water seeps into the sauce.
Step 7: after seeing that all the water seeps into the sauce, add Pixian Douban sauce and stir fry.
Step 8: add the sliced mushrooms and stir fry them until they are evenly covered with sauce.
Step 9: Sprinkle with chopped green onion, add salt to taste (you can also add two drops of sesame oil and pepper to increase the degree of spicy if you like), and then out of the pot ~ ~.
Step 10: pour the sauce on the noodles.

Note: 1. This noodle is not necessarily made of spaghetti. It can be rolled by hand without spaghetti, but the taste of the noodle should be different; or other kinds of spaghetti can be used instead. 2. The last step of chopped green onion is very important. It plays a role in harmonizing the taste and also determines the taste of this noodle. Otherwise, if there is no chopped green onion, the taste will be greasy and the mouth will not be fresh.
